Where our lamb comes from.
Similar to our beef, We have a few different suppliers we get our lambs from. We like to source them as locally as possible but at the same time we only want the best quality to be able to sell. Our lambs come from small farms sometimes on our doorstep, from Taunton, bridgewater or Monmouthshire, Sometimes they are even supplied by one of our butchers who lives on a farm in Oldbury on severn.
Occasionally we get salt marsh lambs from Monmouthshire.
