With all the powerful flavour you’d usually find in Jamaican curried goat but using the much more locally available mutton these sausages pack a punch in both taste and spice and that might scare some away, but it gives these sausages a gentle spicy warmth that compliments the mutton perfectly and should be all the more reason to give them a try.

Each 500g pack contains between 6-8 top quality hand made rustic butchers sausages, with each one of those containing a minimum of 75% meat.
